This company is a scam! Beware! They advertise all over for "Free" samples, only having you pay S+H. However, you don't get any documentation (not even an email order confirmation) that you're actually agreeing to a 14-day trial. If you don't cancel and return the products in that time, you're charged over $100 for each one, and locked into a monthly subscription. I saw the charges on my card and immediately called the credit company to dispute them. They conferenced in customer service (there was no number listed on the company website, only email address). The rep was adamant that the terms were on the offer when I signed up, and that I was obligated to pay. I called BS--I NEVER got documentation, not even a packing slip with the product. There was no way I would have signed up had it been clear what I was being roped into. After much arguing, he finally agreed to cancel the subscription, and I have to return the products AT MY EXPENSE. There will aslo be a restocking fee deducted from my refund. It's so absurd! I never even used the products, and at the end of the day, I'll be out $40 with nothing to show but a headache and higher blood pressure. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE FREE SAMPLE! You'll regret it. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully this company will be taken down for its dishonest practices!
