Hydroderm / Increase Your Health / ECommerce Transactions ripoff scam Culver City California

I ordered trial samples of the hydroderm and the body shape, fully aware that I would be enrolled in the autoship program.

The hydroderm imediately gave me welts on my face and the body shape gave me a rash after a couple days.

I attempted to cancel my autoship orders and there was no record of me as a customer. About an hour after trying to I received two emails stating that my orders had shipped. I returned to the website, where now, miraculously, I was now a customer when hours earlier I wasn't. I tried to cancel the autoship programs but when I click the cancel button it only refreshed the page so I had to move the autoship date back.

When I received the orders I thought I could just "return to sender". I checked the website I discovered that I had to get an RMA # and I was responsible for returning the products. Okay, fine but when I received it they were shipped in seperate packages. I opened them to ship them in one package upon where I read the invoice and discovered I was charged 5.95 for S&H each.

A "free" fourteen day trial cost me 17.80 (2.95 S&H each for trial and 5.95 each for autoshipped) thats if they refund the 39.95 & 49.95 for the product.

I am currently waiting for a response with and RMA#.

BTW - I still am unable to cancel the order. The screen locks up when I click the cancel autoship button.
