Hydroderm Offered 30 day trial, sent back product but still charged $84, says computer down can not process refund Culver City California

Order 30 day trial of Hydroderm. Called on 9/24 for a RMA# but was told computers were down and to call back on Friday. Insisted in talking to supervisor who instructed me to use my order # as RMA. I was charged $84 for something I ddn't want and never recieved!
Called today 10/27 and was told computers are still down! Insisted on talking to supervisor again but he was of no help. His name (he says) is Jay Jimenez. He took my order # and said he would see what he could do. I told him I would take action in reporting them and expected to call on Monday 11/3 to find out if I have been refunded. Based on other complaints, I don't expect any action.
