HYDROLUX BEAUTY HYDROLUX BEAUTY CREAM!!! - MORE THAN A REAL MONEY SCAM!!!! (DO NOT ORDER)!!! Internet

An e-mail was sent to my box saying Ellen Degeneres had a surprise in her basket for Canadians. It was a free sample of her new "Hydrolux Beauty Cream" Absolutely FREE - TRIAL and only the shipping fees were to be charged.   I received two (2) samples. The REAL SURPRISE came on my credit card statement the next month!  Not only they had charge 4.95$ US + 3.95$ US (plus conversion) TOTAL: 11.43$ Canadian funds + two other charges:

99.95$ US + 89.95$ US (plus conversion) TOTAL: 247.95$ Canadian Funds!!  After reaching their so called support customer service, they told me I had agreed to an automatic renewal and that I had failed to return the products in the 14 days regulations.  What regulations- I have never been informed of this policy at all!! so how could I had failed to??? nevertheless, I sent them an e-mail and the response from Ms. Reina Dequino saying after this 14 days I would be charged every month, cause apparently the products I had received was for a 30 day supply.

She stated that they would make an exception and they would cancel the next shipments and they offer a an 80.00$ US courtesy refund on my credit card! which I don't agree at all.  I have then called Master Card and they

do not want to cancell the charges.  Master Card representative was on the tel. line with me and the merchand and the lady at Hydrolux  Co. offered a 100.00$ credit if I would return the products at my charge and for which I also refused this option.  After all this mic mac I have decided to cancel my credit card and I will returned the products and wait for what is going to happen.  This Co. has several offices where they ship the orders, nevertheless, the main office is in Florida and this is the reason why the fees are in US Funds.

I felt  this was a situation for complaint and at the same time I hope that my report will help other people to avoid this kind of situation.  As an advice: Do not order from these Co,
