I had primarily the most identical scam happen to me as this woman's December report.

While I was checking our email from our local library I received a pop up add. I went about my business but this pop up was still there and while I waited for a page to upload I got interested in what I read. After all I was planning to shed a few holiday pounds. The on line pop up ad said I would have nothing to loose by a free 14 day trial and would only pay a shipping charge of $4.95. After all I reasoned, it was only $4.95. I decided to give it a try. There was a place for my email however I have never been contacted by them or had a way to cancel or contact them back. The pop up of course disappeared. When the product arrived there was no packing slip and no contact information. I did not see that I had to actively cancel the order within 14 days, and they gave me no means to do so. I thought I might hear something from them asking if I wanted to now order the product. I even checked my spam folder.

We live in a rural area and use a P. O. Box for our mail. When I picked up our mail after post office hours late one evening, I had an envelope that looked like the first one my free trial came in. It is not usual for our mail to contain packages such as this. I took it back marked refused the next business day as I knew I had not ordered anything. My post lady said that whoever sent this, sent it with extra care as too not have it returned. She said I could go to extra expense and ship it back but suggested I google the name on the package which read Hyper Labs first to hopefully find a phone number.

I went to a computer and did this right away. I put in the name with the city and state and got this lady's December complaint. Thankfully there was a phone number. How many other people may have also had our experience, did not think to google by putting in name as well as City and State and find how misrepresented this company's scam is. . . Someone should test what they have in their capsules as well!

After talking to this company contact about this second bottle they informed me that my credit card had been billed for an additional $74.45. I have yet to see either charge for myself as my credit card bill has not arrived yet. This credit card has also been cancelled and reviewed for unauthorized charges. Hyper Labs said there was a website listed on the bottle. I went to it but it was not the pop up advertisement I had answered which was ony for the free trial. As this woman in December - and the woman who answered my complaint call at Hyper Labs said, they tell us everything is clear, but not on the pop up ads that show up on the internet. They did cancel my order. The representative for Hyper Labs told me they do not accept any returns of their products and no refunds. Even though they are still in the sealed envelope. She gave me a cancellation number #100047 and assured me no further shipments nor charges would follow.

Regarding the product they sell, I did take the trial capsules and found them to be worthless and upset my stomach. The last day I woke with a swollen lower left lip and my stomach and chest had enormous welts. I used a benadryl lotion all that day. The very next day I had sudden and severe vomiting which can only be attributed to this product. This company is deceptive in every way, and they do prey on you with their deceptive advertising.

Any pop ups with trials such a this should require companys to make another contact to contract, with everthing spelled out, and a place to sign off to stipulate when you are actually making a purchase of a product and not just receiving a free trial. U. S. products should also have a seal as guarantee to what is in product for comsumer safety.

We are done checking email at the library and will use pop up free internet service or better yet get off the internet all together.
