My recommendation is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HYPERMAIL.  I don't believe the company stands behind their product or word.

Prior to beginning the service, we asked if the emailing didn't work for our company, if we could we get a refund and were told yes by the salesperson..and went ahead with the service.  WE DIDN'T EVEN GET ONE RESPONSE with our mailing(S).  And one list was our customer LIST, who have whitelisted our company.

Then we were told it was all our fault, bad data, bad contacts, etc....even though we had reviewed with the salesperson what we were going to send, PRIOR TO SIGNING UP.  

It didn't work for our company.   We asked for a refund.

The salesperson (the owner's brother) and the support person, Bernard, said yes, but the office manager Maya, said no, only a partial refund.  We only used 2 weeks...so we got 1/2 back.  Excerpt from Maya,

I'm the office manager here at HyperMail and I oversee all refund requests and monetary transactions for the company. The representative informed you that he would suggest a full refund, but upon further investigation within your account I feel it is not warranted. The fact of the matter is that emails were sent out using our platform, and received either by you or your recipients.

She's talking about our personal emails we put in that were delivered in our spam boxes.  That is the emails sent.    That is the extent to their service ....mail was delivered to our spam boxes.   What good is that to any company?.  

Had I know this was their service, then I would have never signed up, nor trusted the salesperson

The only reason I wrote this review is to warn other businesses.   DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
