I purchased a 1x 2.34 Carat Diamond Women's All-in-One Wedding Set - 7 / Clear / Non-Tarnishing Rhodium ring from this company. After a few week of use my finger got a greenish ring mark. If this ring was supposed to be Non-tarnishing then why my finger got stained. They offer life time exchange but they are charging me $10 dollars for shipping and processing.

I want a free replacement for false advertisement. Non-Tarnishing means exactlty that the ring is not supposed to dull the luster of (a metallic surface), especially by oxidation; discolor.

WOW, they made this right with me, I should have never filed a complaint!  They quickly help me out and offered me a great solution. I am now happy with my purchase, I really regret creating this complaint as I can't delete it. 

Sarah from customer service was awesome she apologized to me on behalf of the company for any inconvenience the issue had caused me. She took the time to make my experience with them right. 

She also said that they take pride in the fact that they have a wealth of satisfied, repeated customers and a less than .05% replacement rate with their jewelry.  She also said that the small amount of jewelry that has been returned to them for a replacement is unfortunately usually due to the wearer not following the jewelry instructions provided within their shipments.
 
But she made the clarification that this may not be the case for me, that sometimes these steps are overlooked within the shipment or during the acknowledgement stage in checkout.  Only with proper care will your jewelry not tarnish and last a lifetime.
 
She reviewed the photo of my hand as well and she explained me that some individuals have higher acidity content than others, causing the jewelry to leave a ring around the finger.  Not only Rhodium, but pure silver and gold metals can also cause discoloration at times.
 
She apologize for me not receiving the experience that I hoped for.  And offered me a great solution to my problem. And we are working on it. 
 
She also said that she appreciate my business and that she hopes that I give them another chance in the future! Which I will definately do.
