I EARN LLC CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THEFT, FRAUDULENT CHARGES SCAM Coppell, Texas

On 7/22/2010 IEARNLLC (or iEARN LLC) - (now operating as "Success Funding Now" from the same phone number and address) put a fraudulent and unauthorized charge of $65.32 on my bank/debit/credit card.  I found the charge on the morning of 7/28 when I checked my balance on-line.  I have never even heard of IEARNLLC.  There has been NO CONTACT between this company and myself, what so ever.  I repeat, there has been NO CONTACT between myself and this company. I reported the charge as fraudulent to my bank and had to cancel my bank card and fill out an affidavit for the fraud investigation unit.  The bank gave me the phone number connected to the charge and I researched it on the Internet and found I am not alone, there are many victims of this company. 

The trick to this theft is that the charge is relatively small, so many people who just pay off their credit card balance each month won't notice it.  However, this company has been charging many, many people two and three times a day, on multiple days.  People are having hundreds of dollars stolen from their accounts. Upon investigation, it turns out that IEARNLLC was set up on the internet on 7/23/2010, though my charge was somehow made the day before. Most people are reporting fraudulent charges from 7/22 - 7/26.  I should add that people are reporting charges on cards that have not been used in years and even more astounding, on brand new cards that haven't even been activated yet!  These thieves must be stopped.

 I have reported this to all the government and pubic agencies I can.  In a response to an inquirey made on my behalf by Better Business Bureau, I EARN LLC portrayed me as an unhappy "member" and implied that I had received services from them in the past.  Some of the agencies I've filed reports with have already e-mailed me or called me after receiving the same reply from IEARNLLC that the BBB received, and now they (the agencies I filed the reports with) are wanting me to say that I am satisfied so they can close their cases.  I will NOT be satisfied until IEARNLLC and it's owners and officers 1)Explain in detail how they acquired my credit card information and from whom 2) IEARNLLC acknowledges that they put a fraudulent charge on my account without my knowledge or consent and 3) IEARNLLC acknowledges that I have NEVER been a "member" or client of theirs and have never used or received their "services".

A group of us on a site similar to this one have banded together and reported this business to every agency we can.  The result is that "I EARN LLC, IEARNLLC and iEARNLLC do not take you to the I EARN LLC website anymore.  They have changed their name to "Success Funding Now" but are still using the same phone number and address.  The website is probably the same website with a new name and a new look.  I hope everyone who has been vicitmized by these thieves reports them and that they are shut down and prosecuted!
