i fly first class I Fly First Class offered me a business round trip ticket from HK to NY , that did not exist San Fransisco Internet

I contacted I Fly First Class on the recommondation of a friend whom I have known to travel freaquently.

My son who lives in HK was planning to visit and asked about any deals for business class tickets.

I contacted Dimitry Cheney in January of 2015 and he informed me that he had the tickets for the specific flights I was trying to book.

When I asked about tickiting and when we would receive the confirmed tidket he told me that it would be emailed to me a few days before departure.

I paid for the round trip flights and received a "booking" number, but no ticket. I had to nag Dimitry a few times just to get the "booking" email.

Last week prior to the trip , Dimitry called to ask if I would like to upgrade to first class on the return to HK. He had an opportunity and I said great.

I never received confirmation of that ticket either.

Fast forward to today when my son goes to check on online for his flights, and he informs me that there is no record of any ticket and his name is not in the system .

I immediately call I fly First Class and they told me that his reservation was "lost`' when they upgraded him to first class on his return to HK.In a few hours they would have a ticket.

Later today the phone call never came, nor did any email so I called the airline and they did not have a record of any ticket for my son.

I proceeded to book the ticket on the flights that we needed and called Dimity again. I got the same story, only now he swore that the fitst class ticket was valid for the return only.

I called the airline again and they informed me that this tickeet was purchased with miles and that I could not get any additional information .

In fact at this point they put me on hold and came back on to the phone and told me that they could do nothing for me.

Now we have paid for a round tripp business class ticket from HK to NY and it does not exist.

Nor can they provide us with any air travel ticket for the times that he needs to travel.

This is a scam agency who charged my credit card, and kept my credit card on file, which is illegial anyway,

I am furious about this situarion.

And, he has had a lot of my money which I doubt he will refund.
