To whom it concerns

It appears a year ago some poor soul has attempted to tarnish our/my reputation by posting their fabricated story and I have no idea as to why this was written and posted at least 2 places on the internet?  it was written in the same manner so I attribute it to the same, jealous person?  Some people think that they have a god given right to bash people/businesses, in the "back", without any repercussions as the internet is their safe haven to lie or do what they want without recourse and in anonymity.  It's OK, as anyone that truly has done business with us knows the truth.  We invite anyone which reads this report to simply contact us and use our services as they will see what's been posted is someone's joke or attempt to put themselves high on their own personal totem pole!

In this case I'm assuming that the culprit is either American or Canadian based on the English grammar.  A few times over 7.5 years of running 3 businesses in Mexico it's not the first time there's been such lies written.  There have been a few situations where the locals have done what they can as jealousy runs insanely among a few competitors stating "it's our country, leave gringo", etc...  while the truly professional or understanding persons or companies understand competition and myself even more so understand my privilege to operate in Mexico, be successful and provide services that are up to standards typically only found north of the border.

Again, anyone that reads the previous posting only needs contact me/us and the truth speaks for itself.  Such sites as this one, eBay, trip adviser are such cowardly culprits on the internet as people post lies and crap which can not be removed and as in trip adviser or eBay's "feedback" sections one is screwed once something is posted AND THEY NEVER VERIFY ANYTHING while allowing such nonsense.
