I Need A Clean Never Showed and won't take calls for Refund Pompano Beach Nationwide

I Need a Clean is that type of Company where the warning signs are there.  They used living social to get me to purchase a 8 hour cleaning for 195.00  I called to schedule, and that should of been the first warning sign it took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone.  I told them the date I wanted that I had a Living social deal, and it was a move in clean.  They stated that the Living social clean was for a basic clean and I should upgrade to the extreme for 40 dollars more as that is more suitable for Move in Cleaning.  I agreed, and paid the addiional 59 dollars between Order, Tax, and Transportation fee.  The schedule a cleaning on June 19th between 10-2, and I was very satisfied at this time.

Around 2:00pm noone had showed up yet, so I tried to call in, at this time noone answered there phone, and I kept trying untill 6:30 at night.  I left several message no return call.  At this point I knew I have been had and that I needed to contact living social and at least get my refund for the 195.00 wich they gave back to me no problem.  On Tuesday I called I need a clean again and after 15 or so mnutes I finnally got someone on the phone.  But they wouldnt take my order number and said they had no way to look it up, so they were going to transfer me to someone that could.  Guess what transfered me to a machine in which noone answered and wanted a voicemail.  I left one again no return call.  I have tried emailing them calling them ect.  All I want back is the 59 dollars at this time but I doubt ill ever see as This site states it was a huge ripoff and they dont intend to ever call email or contact me back.  I guess Ill have Visa go after them.
