RENTERS BEWARE!!!

Ian Frykberg and Jenn Johnson are petty con artists using Ian's father's home (at 3407 S. Judd Street, Tempe, AZ) to steal money from honest renters. They are using Craiglist to lure gullible and trusting prospective renters to the 3407 Judd Street address. Ian Frykberg is the con behind the scenes, using Jenn Johnson as his front woman. After quickly agreeing to rental terms with their victims, Jenn Johnson takes cash and provides a handwritten receipt, using fake names and phone numbers. Jenn Johnson then goes into hiding, while Ian plays good cop with the victim. Such is their sick and fraudulent scheme show, which in turn feeds their drug addictions. 

On January 7th, 2019, these two thieves will be reported directly to Mayor Mitchell of Tempe, Arizona Attorney General Brnovich, and the FBI's Phoenix office. They have and are committing several federal and state felonies, to include A.R.S. 13-2310, Fraudulent schemes and artifices. They are committing said felonies to feed their drug addictions.
