Iberostar The Club They keep billing me after I canceled within the 5 day Grace period. I have talked to them in person by email and by phone and they will not cancel my membership that I have not used at all. They just want your money. They keep calling, emailing and sending me bills. We signed up for there club and contract states we have 3 days to cancel and receive full refund. They asked for a down payment up front. So we ended up reading reviews about it on the same day so we did not like what people were saying. So we emailed them to cancel and then we talked to them the next day and the treated us bad and said there is no refund on down payment. So I called my credit card company and canceled transaction. So now they still have not canceled and according to contract you can cancel at any time and will not have to pay the monthly fee. I have been calling them and emailing them and no luck. They finally told me they are not happy that I canceled my transaction and will not cancel my membership with out paying the balance which was a monthly fee. I told there is no reason for me to pay if I canceled and I have not used any of there services. But they will not listen to me. So they have been sending me bills through a collection company and they keep charging me monthly and a late fee. I am not the only one with this issue. A lot of people have been writing reviews with same issue. I signed up while I was in vacation in Mexico. This is a scam if there not following there contract. They also falsified some info in contract.
