I have signed up for ibuzzpro on Saturday June 20, 2009. I was told that I would get "FREE" leads within 72 hours. They have never showed up. I have sent so many emails asking for someone to contact me about the leads. I get replies that someone will contact me, and they don't.

They tell you to put extra money into your account so that you can send out voice broadcast. I have put $500.00 into "my account". Since I can't get in touch with anyone, I have asked for my money back. They have replied that I signed a form saying that there is "NO REFUNDS" and that I can't get my $500.00 back because it is "prepaid".

With this system, $500.00 went to my "up line" Shawn Parker from Columbus, Ohio. So I called him and told him what was going on and asked him to send back my money. He said that he would not send it back. If this guy had Integrity, he would send back this money that was received on false information. But I guess he will continue to sell the system just to make money. Some people will do anything.

At this point I am contacting the Attorney General in Ohio & Missouri.

This is my fault. I never deal with companies that I can't get on the phone, but this system sounded like something that would help me, and I fell for it.

BEWARE! BEWARE!

RULE #1 If you can't get a REAL phone number and a REAL address PASS!

You have been warned, if you join with ibuzz and get burned, you can only blame yourself!

Think about it, what kind of a legitimate company would not refund the $500.00 on my account?

I made a mistake, Ibuzz didn't

When I wrote the report, I thought that I was being taken advantage of because no one was calling me back. I finally found out that the emails I sent was still in my out box. They never was sent. After I did send them, Ibuzz did everything that they said that they would. I do not have any complaints about the system, company or people involved.

I reported that Ibuzz was not giving me the leads that I requested. I found out that the emails I was sending never left my outbox. Someone from ibuzz called me and said they never received any request. I went to my email program to give them a list of dates that I sent them, then I seen all of them setting in my outbox.
Since then ibuzz has done everything that they said they would, and now I MAKE SURE that my emails go out.
I apologize to ibuzz for jumping to a conclusion, and I was wrong.
