IC Services They agreed to try and help me get a grant for 464.00 and if not they would refund my money Now the phone number keeps saying it is blocked when I call Beaverton Oregon

This company I found on the internet so I filled out a application. someone contacted me I think her name was Holly anyway she told me to mail in the 464.00 fee and I did it on Feb 15 2007. ,it was sent certified mail. Then they sent me a questionaire packet and they had a money back guarantee also it said if for any reason that they could not get me a grant my money would be returned. in april I started calling them and they kept saying that I was approved and I would be getting my money. by the end of Aug I finally got ahold of the supervisor so he said he told me that I should hear about my grant by the third week in aug.

When nothing happen I kept calling them but everytime I call them now the message says the number you dialed is blocked bpbs 1015. I'm not even that upset about the grant even though I was counting on it to help me get a house well a down payment anyway. I do want my 464.00 back I know in the end GOD will prevail you cannot treat aperson of GOD like this and expext to get aeay with it. Please Help!
