called icservices 2/7/07, sent 464$ 2/8/07, got booklet 3/6/07 and returned. should have results by 6/14/07. finally contact ic 7/14/07, said they need itemized business list. sent list 7/23/07. never able to contact since. 1-877-684-5155 calls blocked 8/2/07.

8/3/07 phone is open, spoke with ic-services,have received my itemized list and sent application to funding sources,will hear something in a few days.

I am also a victim of this scam. I've read all of the reports and I believe that there is something that we can concerning these fraudulent actions that IC-Services has committed. It make no sense that they can just get away with this. If it is not stopped, they will continue to get rich. We all should come together and file a law suit.
