Iceberg Cups Shopify.Com Why does law enforcement let SCAMMERS win!! Internet

A company called Iceberg Cups advertised Yeti Cups for sale on my Facebook home page. 

Since it was Facebook, I figured the company was safe to use.  I didn't realize Facebook didn't verify if companies were legit before letting them advertise on their site. 

I ordered a purple 30oz Yeti Rambler for $43.98 total.  I was sent a confirmation email stating my order number and that the item was on backorder for 2-3 weeks. Since I know Yeti's are so popular, I didn't feel like anything was wrong at that time. 

Around May 10th, I decided to contact the company to see why I hadn't received my cup yet. The email address I had came back as invalid.  I clicked on the status tracking information they had given me and the web page came back as "site not available". 

I cannot get anything to come up in the web search engine now for this company, except complaints from other consumers that made the same mistake I did. 

I think it is so disappointing that these criminals can get away with scamming people like this.  We need stricter laws regarding the sale of merchandise. These individuals should be prosecuted just like we would prosecute any individual that steals from our property or person. I really wanted this cup and I am so upset that this happened.
