ICM auto insurance I need to file a claim. Everytime I call i'm endlessly transfered until they eventually hang up. Now they changed their numbers and moved to Georgia! Jericho, New York

Every time I call they transfer me over and over again. I got through to someone once, they took all my information and gave me a claim number.When I asked them to fax me a conformation, the line went dead. I called back and asked for the person by name and was told no one by that name worked there. So I gave them my claim # and was told that my claim number didn't exist either. I remade the claim. Never recieved a fax. Now I can't get ahold of them at all. The insurance broker that set me up with them says they changed their p.o. box, phone number and moved to deluth georgia without notifying anyone!! I'm pretty sure i'm a victim of fraud. I'm not sure what the heck is going on.
