Icon Health and Fitness NordicTrack Voided the warranty on my NordicTrack elliptical because there was rust on the frame and on some of the bolts Utah

I called icon health and fitness through their nordictrack brand for them to send me replacement parts and to schedule for a technician to come to my house and repair the machine because the pedals kept getting jammed. The technician told me that he did not have all the parts needed to fix the machine and took several pictures of the machine which he sent to the company, the company immediately voided my warranty because there is rust on the machine. I called several times to try and have my warranty reinstated but the company refused to do so one of the agents I spoke to was even rude to me in the tone of voice that she took. Avoid buying any products from this company they will try and find any reason to not honor their warranty.
