ICS aka Imperial Consumer Services rip-off thieves W Palm Beach Florida

A man called me in October 2002 to offer me a credit card. He made it sound like a really good idea. At first he said that they would send me a package and the credit card so I could deduct $258 from yhe card and deposit it in my savings account, then they would deduct the $258 from my savings account for the deposit.

He said this way I wouldn't be out any money.

At the end of the conversation he rambled off all the "legal" mumbo-jumbo, and reversed what he had said, now they would take the money and then send me the credit card. I didn't catch that at first. ICS called my bank on November 2,2002 to see if I had the funds, and I didn't.

So they tried to withdraw them on December 2,2002, again I didn't have the funds. I was charged a $30 NSF fee from my bank.

I called to cancel this crap, and I was given a cancellation number. On January 2,2003 ICS again tried to withdraw the money and again I was charged another $30 NSF fee from my bank.

It took me two days to talk to somebody at ICS. I did speek to Victoria who said she was a Sr. Rep. I told her I wanted my cancellation number (because it had been lost), and she gave it to me. Later in the conversaton she told me that my account had not been canceled until she had just given me the number. Which is crap.
