I rec'd a letter from ICS stating i could get a loan from them and to fax my personal info,loan was guarenteed.
I faxed to the attention of the manage(steven),and in 2 days they called and asked if i was still interested and then sent paperwork in the mail to sign and send 75.00,which i did.
I talked to the manager and he stated after they rec'd the paperwork and 75.00 that i would get papers in the mail to sign and that i would get the 2500.00 and would only cost about 80.00 a month.
I rec'd the paperwork asking for the same info and now they want 55.00 more. This sounds like the same company,and they dont gaurentee anything.
I would just like my 75.00 back.

i went thro the same b.s with ics in fact i am the one from orlando. i got my money back plus the overnight fee with an apoligy. fax the termination of your contract not important how longs its been and on the contract tell them you found this website you know they are a rip off scam youve consulted your lawyer and showed him this website he told you your rights and now you want your money back. tell them to govern theirselves correctly. sounds crazy but the day i faxed it to him he sent me a check. the check is good too. follow this easy process and you will recieve. say nothing more nothing less. good uck and let me know your outcome.

Again i called this company,and again i get a voice mail that Steven is away from his deskmand he will get back to me at the end of the day..Never happens. I also filed a complaint with the attorney generals office for consumer complaints.
