As to people seeking employment, apply if you have no scrupples and desire to be treated poorly by the son of the founder. I was offered a case analyst position with the company. I have no investigation experience and was told just to get them on the phone, reassure the customer, get some money from the client, and get them to sign the contract. After spending two weeks their I realized that all the employees had been with the company for less than 3 months, that none had any experience, and all were disgusted with the treatment they received from the company president and son of the founder, Mike Rabern. On more than one occasion I witnessed his showing up to work around noon to belittle the employees with profanity and threats and then leaving on business within a few hours. When I received my first paycheck I found that the salary that I had been offered was not what I was payed and then spent 2 days trying to reach Mr. Rabern to resolve the issue. When I finally did, he informed me that I was mistaken and that I must have misunderstood what he stated in our interview. The company lists several employment positions on their website but most are bogus. They hire salesman to con the customers into signing the contract and phone employees to deal with the upset customers and private investigators that are actually performing the work in other states.
