IDC Distributors Dba Spa Works fraudulent billing & slander Phoenix Arizona

In short, this company ordered the wrong product for my spa. When I went to the store to pick up the mchd, I informed them that it was the wrong item. The "manager" told me I should take it anyway because they had already charged my credit card.

I called the store when the item showed up on my credit card and the manager first refused to give me the owners name. Then he hung up on me. I called back several times and he continued to hang up on my. I left SEVERAL messages on their voice mail, but nobody would return my calls.

I finally sent an e-mail to the general manager who responded to me stating that I had ordered the wrong part myself. He admitted that he had the product sitting on his will-call shelf and further stated that he was not going to issue a credit to my credit card because it was a special order and the mfg. would not allow him to return it.

I contacted the mfg directly and was told by the manager in the parts depts. that they would accept the return from the supplier and in fact would issue and RGA and pay for the shipping and send the correct part. The mfg. attempted to contact the supplier, but the supplier would not return any of their calls.

After I sent letters to the BBB, the Attorney General and various other interested parties, the manager of Spa Works (Alan Johnson)responded to the BBB by stating that he had no intention of refunding my money, stated many (unfounded and untrue) slanderous remarks about my husband and myself.
