Ok it took some major digging to figure out how they get around to charging you money without telling you. This company is a sleeper cell type of company that activates in a progression.

First you look up how to apply for a payday loan and a company promises you will be approved. In fact the company you are filling for is not a pay day loan company it is a company that hooks you up with other payday loan companies.

On that site in very hard information to read you get there free id theft protection, and you have to accept it to continue. Also there is a second service beware I was signed up for it also and managed to discontinue it in time. Paydayloanresources.com This doesnt charge you for ten days until after you sign up. Cancel it as soon as possible to avoid there 7.99 charge.

All three companies are owned by the same people. Surprise there.

Now im sure you do not remember seeing that page or there FREE services offered there. Ofcoarse not the very first web site you went to that Claimed to be a payday loan place that wasn't signed you up already when you clicked on there link. Then kept throwing in your face over and over for there ID theft services which im sure you denied over and over. Fact is you were already signed up for it as soon as you clicked on the pay day loan button for Lastchance. They just try there luck and see if you accept. FYI they are not a valid ID theft protection company. In fact they will allow any company to use your information thats affiliated with them. You will never get a warning from them ever.

Now during your refund attemp they will tell you to go to idtheftrefund.com File there forms but thats not the end of your battle. First step is they will tell you, you need to send them more information. Fact is they will never send that email to you. check this out http://idtheftrefundstatus.com

Go there enter in your cancelation number and email. It will tell you they sent you an email asking for more information, when in fact they never sent me the email I simply beat them to the punch and got there. This buys them an additional 72 hours before they give you money back. It was preset up and simply puts in your name and tells you we know someone at (youremail) set up the service. Do there extra information they put up but include the fact you are contacting the Sheriffs office, grab the internet address here and give it to them. They will ask you for additional information and be very clear on all the information you have.

They will not willingly give you the money back. In fact I had to go through there 5 pages of policy information to find that they actualy want you to file Identity theft against them for them to refund your money in full here is what I was told.

This company owns many web sites and runs this service through Credit card applications, loans of all kinds etc. Be forwarned Never place your account number online unless its to a respecable company. Like one thats is capable of buying comercial time. They dont need to scam you as wrongly as these people have.
