IDCSERVCO & Copy Com Distribution, Becky Page TONER PIRATE RIPOFF Represents self as Toshiba Los Angeles California

Our customer was contacted by Copy Com Distribution and faxed an order form requesting that they sign and return the form immediately to charge them for toner for their Toshiba copier.

The individual also called several times demanding the return of the order confirmation that the customer never authorized nor requested.

Toshiba Business Solutions of Colorado was contacted by the customer for verification and was immediately told not to sign or fax anything back and if contacted again to tell them they have been reported.

This is not the first time this has happened. It has become more frequent in the past few months.
