Cocky Unprofessional Owner
After a rushed installation of a new Trane 4-ton spilt AC unit, with poorly trained installers, the owner and service tech had to try to fix the new wiring that was not working and then the two ( experienced ) techs left bare wires exposed on the Air Handler and cold air blowing into the attic space through a Duct smoke detector that was also not installed properly.
The outside condensing unit was NOT installed LEVEL, was NOT installed with the required AIR SPACE around the unit. Was NOT installed with the required SEACOAST kit when living within one mile of salt water. This so called professional won't even return phone calls to explain or try to correct his companies poor installation practices. You would be well advised to steer clear of this guy with a huge chip on his shoulder which is so obvious when speaking to him. Poor business practices, Untrained installers, Owner who does't give a c*** about his customers. May Karma work it's magic

To address the comments that have been put on this site from a LHP customer:
All our technicians are factory trained with continuous education classes through all the manufacturers products we sell. Sea Coast coating is not required by code, it is an option for the homeowner to choose at an additional charge. This homeowner chose not too pay for the upgrade and felt it should be included with the installation of his new system. The customer did not mention wanting the Sea Coast coating until the installation was complete. Everything was installed as per code and did infact pass the Mechanical Inspection with the City of Lighthouse Point. The condenser was installed on the existing slab as per his contract.
After the homeowner had spoken with Trane Tech Support directly, he was told that the area did in fact have proper air flow for the new condenser. Unfortunately this customer we could not make happy even though this was the second ac system purchased and installed by our company. With our track record over the past years in this business in south florida, we still excell as one of the leading ac companies with over 25,000 satisfied customers whether they are individual homeowners or builders which could consist of any of the following work that we have done in new construction, high end custom homes, commercial strip centers, property management, stand by generators service and installation.
