Ideal Private Resorts I bought membership in Morgan RV Resorts in Sept. 2011. Since then Morgan sold to IPR. Now IPR has sold the 2 parks I camped at. They offered to buy me out in Jan. 2014. But now they refuse my calls, and haven't responded to my letters. Saratoga Springs New York

In Sept. 2011, I bought a membership for $6000  with Morgan RV Resort, so I could camp in my RV at Peter's Pond, Sandwich, Mass. and Fiesta Keys, Fiesta Key, Fl. I used my membership in 2011 and 2012. 

In 2012-2013, Morgan RV Resorts sold out to Ideal Private Resorts. I was able to use my membership to camp at these campgrounds in 2012-2013.9

When I contacted IPR in January, 2014, I was told that IPR had sold these two parks-- Peter's Pond and Fiesta Key. Since I couldn't use my membership at either, they offered to buy we out.

I sent them two written  letters, as they requested. I've had no response. 

I have telephoned them over 20 times since then. I have talked repeatly to Lindsey Peculis. She told me the first few months that they were sending their offer to me.Now she refuses to call me back.

According to my original with  Morgan RV, I was allowed to sell my membership back to Morgan at 6 years for the original investment of $6000. 

I am a senior citizen.

This is not a reputable company!
