IDLife and it's President Logan Stout are a complete fraud. Stout is in a know conman and has been sued countless times for running pyramid schemes. ID Life is a joke. Logan convinces his band of bandits to push the Id Life crap on the vulnerable people looking to lose weight or improve their health. No way that an online survey can result is a specific "medical" product. How many formulas do you think the company actually has? Perhaps a few that get pushed regardless of your online answers. IDLife and Stout are already being investigated by several State AG's for running another fraud. Everyone should take the time to report the company to their state attorney general as they deal with trash like Stout. Do yourself a favor and run from IDLife. Do yourself a favor and search Logan Stout Ponzi and you will read what a slime-ball this guy is.

#5 Consumer Suggestion
Dont give these people your hard earned money!

Where theres smoke there is most definitely fire!
HOUSTON, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Attorneys from Houston's The Clearman Law Firm are announcing a federal class action lawsuit filed yesterday under the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act againstDallas-based Stream Gas & Electric, Ltd., Ignite Holdings, Ltd., their related companies and several affiliated individuals.
A retail electricity and gas provider in Texas and Georgia, Stream has grown in only three years to become the 29th largest private company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area based on revenues of more than $800 millionin 2008. Stream's marketing division, Ignite, has fueled Stream's growth through what the company calls a "multilevel marketing program."
The 89-page federal complaint alleges that Stream and Ignite's multilevel marketing program is actually an unlawful pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are inherently doomed programs in which investors recruit people to pay money to those above them in a first-come-first-served hierarchy with the expectation that they will get payments from other investors who enter the program later. When the number of newly recruited investors eventually dwindles, the payment structure collapses.
Specifically, the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Houston alleges that Stream and Ignite induced the plaintiffs and others to invest in the "Ignite Services Program" at a cost of $329and purchase an "Ignite Homesite" web page for a charge of $29 per month. The lawsuit claims that a large portion of the $329 is paid to those higher in the pyramid.
"Some of the individuals at the top of the Stream and Ignite pyramid earn millions of dollar a year, while most of those that are now joining the scheme will likely never recover their investment," says Scott Clearman of The Clearman Law Firm, lead counsel for the plaintiffs. "Stream promises recruits that they can make vast sums of money, but the fact is that most will lose their money."
In addition to Stream and Ignite, individual defendants named in the complaint include Ignite founders Chris Domhoff, Rob Snyder and Pierre Koshakj, as well as several Stream employees. Additional defendants include Donny Anderson, Steve Fisher, Randy Hedge, Logan Stout and Presley Swagerty, all of whom are near the top of the alleged pyramid.
In addition to Mr. Clearman, the plaintiffs are represented by Brian D. Walsh of The Clearman Law Firm.

Scam indeed! You saw through it!

Congratulations! You saw through the flash and distraction of the Health and Wellness company that is IDLife. The legal teams of celebrities and Investors such as John Maxwell, Troy Aikman, Jen Widerstrom, not to mention Whole Foods and the American Heart Association could not find the truth. However, 6ou found d the casecracker!! If you have not noticed the hint of sarcasm yet I apologize. Of course IDLIFE is not a scam. Someone clearly has a personal agenda against Logan Stout and will bash/start a smear campaign for anything the man has attached his name to. I have been a customer with the company for over a year know so I confess some bias in my rebuttal obviously. However, the facts speak for themselves. Whole Foods? American Heart Association? These are not MLM companies, so why are the affiliating their VERY reputable names with one? It's simple. The products are a gamechanger, and very much so legit. Organic, non-gmo, soy free, sugar free the list goes on. Say what you want about MLM, there are dozens of articles proving it's place in business to incude Forbes' recent article. That being said this is a company who is literally flipping the Nutritional market upside down and it is making some companies tremble. Companies that are being exposed for their lack of quality. IDLIFE has been all over the news and parter in with the top names in companies in their respective industries. They are sing Doctors putting their PHDs on the line left and right to support the company. Yet 1 upset individual has an axe to bury and proceeds to do so by launching a smear campaign with no basis whatsoever. It's quite comical to be honest. I encourage you not to take my rebuttal for gospel, nor the original author of this report. Instead, do your own research and try the company yourself, cost nothing to be a customer. .. make your own opinion.

It seems like alot of people have no free time and they decide to just make accusations against people and their companies. If a product does not help you then move on with your life stop bashing other people. IDLife has helped me achieve better health and in losing weight. About pyrimid scheme system every company is. In some companies the CEO gets all of the money you get a hourly wage and no overrides. The insurance industry and the real estate industry that created the pyrimid system which is a great system. Get a life people and stop spreading rumors that are not true. IDLife is helping so many people achieve better health. For the small percentage if does not work for you then try something different and move on with your life.

What the first person said in the report is absolutely true. Logan is just what he said, he's like a little Hitler that gets up there and gets his troops all fired up but in reality he simply selling snake oil. Keep in mind this guy has had formally filed complaints about him and where he worked with other organizations, now he's left those organizations after he got ran out and he started his own.
I have tried their products and they are horrible they do not work, they did not do what they say, they're no different than most of these high-pressure pyramid scheme organizations. My suggestion of people would be to simply write workout stay away from ID Life!

IDLIFE IS NOT A SCAM

I found this report pretty comical. Only one person has something to say about a company that has done so much for people? The clinical studies and science behind IDLIFE is amazing!! It is honestly changing lives, and helping people get the proper nutrition that we are lacking these days from the American diet. With the proper nutrition that people are getting from IDLIFE products, they are getting back their health and also losing weight the healthy way with tremendous results.
People that don't understand what Network Marketing is get all bent out of shape when they join and don't succeed. It's because they didn't do anything. They didn't actually work it. Network Marketing is amazing, and a great way to not only make a good income, but to meet like minded people that are inspirational and motivational. Obviously, this person is one of the people who didn't work it, didn't believe in it, and got all bent out of shape. Or got a resentment so to speak.
Now, let's get to Logan Stout. I have never met such a humble man in my life. He does so much for his community, and pretty much anyone he meets. Stand up guy! I have met him on quite a few occasions in Maryland, and he has been nothing but supportive and motivational. He would give you the shirt off his back!
I personally know thousands of people who are doing great with IDLIFE whether it be with their health, or with the opportunity that it presents. I'm sorry that this "db-runner" had a bad experience, but I'm willing to bet the house that they didn't work the business or even try the products for that matter. 1 out of 10,000 to complain is what made me say this is comical. Have a good day!
