Vinson Walker from Visible called me some time in June telling me my site didn’t have content and I needed them to fix the problem. He told me that Google didn't like cookie cutter websites and showed me the Google guidelines. He said I was very close to losing my reputation because I wasn't following Googles guild lines. This is ultimately holding me back from being profitable with Google. I told him that i just started on the site and that I was going to give ************* the chance to do what they said they would. Vinson insisted they had already done all they were going to do. I finally did buy a package that Vinson said I needed. When I received my credit card statement I was charged 3 different charges from Ignitews, Gogodropship and Kreative. I called Vinson immediately to see what was going on but he didn’t answer (go figure) The next day I received a call back from Shelley at Kreative and she told me that all 3 companies are owned by their parent corporation – Visible.net and from now on the new company name is Kreative. I felt like I had been lied to because they never said anything about the upcoming change. They promised me a better website and better rankings if I paid them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!  A person my age in her 60’s doesn’t have that kind of money to be throwing around with every company that calls you on the phone. Like a real dummy I used all my hard earned money because I felt this was my only option for me to be successful with my website after investing so much. (He even had me borrow against my IRA) 2 months later and still NOT A SINGLE SALE, I receive a call from Candace at Kreative and she tells me that if I don’t upgrade to HTML5 I would be kicked off the web. I hung up the phone. She called back 3 more times. I answered and she told me her company was successful, that she doesn't need my business but I need hers. This was craziest experience I've ever had with a company. I've never felt so harassed and threatened just for not wanting to use someone's services. Most companies are professional and show a little class, this one will apparently use whatever tactic necessary to bully you into utilizing their pseudo-expertise. The company is flagged across the web as a rip-off risk. Stay clear of these tricksters!!!!!!!!

Kreative not a rip off and not associated with Ignite

AUTHOR: Michele - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 08, 2015

Kreative aka Visible is not in any way associated with Ignite Web Services.  I have worked with both companies and Ignite has GREAT customer tech support, their websites are just ok nothing to write home about, but their service is fabulous.  I was not happy with Ignite marketing and that's how I came upon Visible.

My website was with Ignite for the first few years but we used Visible/Kreative to build the site content. at that time with the marketing dept at Kreative when they were Visible, to launch my website with Ignite.  The design, marketing, and platform at Kreative is way better than Ignite, and I recently moved my website over to Kreative,  which took about  6 months but the site has been live now about a week and already getting ranked on Google.

I would not badmouth either of these companies or call them rip offs.  Kreative's products are way more professional than Ignites, but with both companies I have not been ripped off and THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH EACH OTHER AT ALL.

I have been working with them both since 2012 and they are not rip offs.

ISSUE RESOLVED

AUTHOR: Matt - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 11, 2015

Hello Consumers

I called Visible.net, Monday morning @ 10:00am, as Matt requested me to do and I was given my full refund after talking to a Tyler for less than three minutes! Now, all three companies: Ignitews, Gogodropship and Kreative did post back to my account, the whole $10,500 plus an additional $1,500, minus the silly $5 Money Order.

Ha ha ha ha ha!

The Money Order was very funny, but seriously; I feel obligated and I must take back a lot of things said about Visible.net. e.g. "This was craziest experience I've ever had with a company. I've never felt so harassed and threatened just for not wanting to use someone's services. Most companies are professional and show a little class, this one will apparently use whatever tactic necessary to bully you into utilizing their pseudo-expertise. The company is flagged across the web as a rip-off risk. Stay clear of these tricksters!!!!!!!!"

So please ignore my original post, because it is now false. Visible.net has paid back all of my money, and I would now recommend Visible.net to everyone to help build and analyze your websites. I would even suggest you to invest in HTML5, even if this package alone will cost up to $24,749. Who cares??????

Visible.net is honest. Visible.net is trustworthy. Visible.net is worth it, so give Visible.net a call today!

CALL FOR FULL REFUND

AUTHOR: Matt - (USA)

Janine

Thank you for posting your claim and posting your Photoshopped Credit Card Statement. It was very entertaining. In fact, we seriously want you to give us a call so we can hear your side of the story, and arrange for a full refund of your money. Call us at 866-849-0922, Monday morning.

But for now, we can provide a bonus. A Partial Refund. It's not much, but it's a good start.

Janine, we thank you for your kind business, and we are looking forward to working with you again if you decide to give Visible.net a try again. Yes, Janine, you need HTML5 for your website. It is the commonality in which you are missing out on.
