IGoAir, USA Travel services LLC Misled, outright lied to, hung up on multiple times. Marina Del Rey CA California

They claimed they were the United Airlines booking counter and charged agent fees without consent. Several agents when I directly asked if they were United Air said they were.      When I tried to cancel my bookings, someone named Scott claimed they would not refund the taxes and charge $180.00 cancellation fee per booking.   He then gave a total figure that did not tally with the amount I paid.  He asked me to email them my creditcard statement (which is when I found out that they were NOT United) with 1001 assurances that it will go to their finance department and he would DEFINATELY call me back within 24 hours.   Did not call back.

When I called them again after that 24 hour period, the same guy picked up and identified himself, claimed he could not hear me when I mentioned my name and hung up.  The next three calls I made, they hung up on me when I asked for "Scott".   The fourth call was picked up by someone saying her name is Hannah who said Scott was on vacation (30 minutes after the call where he claimed he could not hear me).

We had to go over the entire issue again, then she said she found my email, will only then forward that to her finance and they can resolve it in 6 to 7 hours.  It was 1am then.    She again ASSURED me she will call us at 10 to 11 am.   Of course, no call back again.

We called in, asked for Hannah and had them hang up again.

Finally spoke to someone claiming to be Solomon and a supervisor.   Went though the entire issue again and once again he claimed their finance will go over it.  It'll take an hour or so this time and he will SURELY call back in 1 and a 1/2 hours.   No call back of course.

Issue is still not resolved at this time.   No one has called back.  No refund has been issued.

They are a terrible company to work with and they need to be investigated for fraud!!!
