I have a repair contract with IGS ENERGY, my freezer was over freezing. The repairman came, told us we needed a new fan but had no parts with him to fix it. Said he'd be back friday or monday, got a call on monday to say the fan was in but he would'nt be here till thursday to replace the fan, in the meantime i lost all the food in my fridge because after he looked at it, it stopped working completely, other than the freezer being to cold the fridge part worked perfectly now im being forced to fix this issue myself because i cant wait any longer.
