This is kind of a weird thing for the company but I called in after buying an iHealth blood pressure monitor on Amazon and complained about how bad the product was working. They put me in touch with their eCommerce Sales Director and he told me he'd give me a free one if I removed my bad review from Amazon and also if the Warriors won the title. I thought he was joking but I took him up on his bribe and removed my review, but the Warriors lost and I never heard back from him. Not sure if that was the reason why but overall the company lied to me.
It was such a weird thing that I thought about just returning my iHealth blood pressure monitor to Amazon but then it got me upset that I never heard back from Dean Wong. Silly company with such a weird policy of giving you free stuff if you remove bad iHealth reviews on Amazon.
