I went to this location due to having thin hair and desiring to do something about it without surgery. I was sold a topper peice and told that it would last me up to two years. This invovled me having to agree to shave my hair down to my scalp in order for it to appear real and to create a good bond, since a "medical grade" adhesive is what is used to bond the hair to your head. I was told that the topper was made with 100% human hair. I was told that surgery was an option but that is was very very expensive; in other words it was discouraged in a sense, because the majority of their clientelle could be easier to reach by offering them this non surgical option. 

After agreeing, and as soon as I shaved my head, the dynamic changed instantly. I was no longer being sold something, but now I was in desperate need of their services because the bond easily loosens near the frontal area and does not look or appear life like and the bond loosens by the 2nd week. Service for the rebonding of the topper is $100 and is the same should you fail to call in 24hours to cancel your appointment. That is not stressed enough and they will not make it their business to give you a reminder the day before. You can easily see them 2x in a month. 

The topper is custom made or I've heard of people being sold units that were never picked up. The custom made topper is $3500, not including service to your hair or the peice. A non custom topper can run you about $2500. I was sold a non custom topper. The hair was much thicker than my own natural hair and after a short time, no longer had the ability to conceal the thinning hair I had hiding underneath. It was course and thick, while my own hair was thin and wispy. It stood out like a soar thumb. I was sold a heat proteting solution and told to spray the hair with the spray before using a blower or a flat iron. But discouraged to blow it out and allow it dry naturally as much as possible. Having bought human hair for extentions in the past, I noticed immediately how course the hair was and realized that I might have purchased a topper mixed with synthetics due to the change in the texture of the hair within a short time. 

My topper plus the maintance, over a 5 month period cost me about $3500, which included products that were sold to me. The topper lasted 5 months, which by the 5th month displayed a huge bald area right in the center of my head. Trying to conceal this from my husband was not easy. In fact, what I wanted to keep private became the elephant in the room after the bald spot became impossible to conceal. I later explained the whole process and we agreed it was best that I take the topper off and simply allow my natural hair to grow. Therefore, what I now have is 3 inches of hair on the crown of my head and the rest of my hair is longer in the back, looking like a bad mullet. I have never been contacted by the owner, who really pushed the product on me. It has been over 2 months and not so much as a phone call has been made to find out how I am. He was made aware of the issues I had with the topper and my reluctance to cute my hair since the begining based on the possibilty that it wouldn't be a good match. I am now left to face my situation alone and begin looking for other options. 

I would never reccomend this company to anyone facing thinning hair. At first the sell you the sense that they can assist you. But then you soon realize, at least in my case, that they are only selling you a product and you are as good as the few buck you spend in the short time you use them. I wouldn't doubt that this has happened several times to other people and without a propper purchase program you will more than likely purchase another topper within 5-6 months at the same $3500 price, with service @ $100 month and realize that you've spent $10k in a year to look like something you really don't like. But what choice do you have? Under your toper you;re as bald as a baby.
