It was about 1:00AM when I went on my bank's website to check my balance. I noticed a pending charge from "IK9*IDENTITY MATTERS". I immediately called the bank and told them but because it was pending they could not do anything. They told me to call back when the charge posted on my account.
About 20 minutes ago i checked my account again. The charge posted and this time under the name "PMIDENTITY.CO". I am on hold with my bank to report it to the fraud department and for some reason I have been holding for 15 minutes. I do not know how they got my information but when i searched it on Google i saw this site. This is ridiculous and this company needs to GO DOWN!!
I honestly do not enjoy wasting my time to report them..having to hold for now 20 minutes is really a pain. This should have never happened in the first place and now i have to change my account number and everything because of some STUPID company who is ripping people off.
Can't anyone do something about this??
