I receive my phone bill electronically and just call and pay it using my credit card at the first of each month. I decided to puruse the bill this month and found that I've been charged for some voicemail service, and when I looked at past months, found that it's happened from some time. I've contacted the attorney general's office for the State of Florida and noted this site and their own case against them in hope that they finally intervene. It seems IDL has been doing this to thousands for quite some time.

I just looked at their website and it looks like they are a payment processing company... if that is true then they are not the ones actually charging you for those services, your phone company is... I would call your phone company to see if this is what's going on... maybe they can help.. Good luck
