Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I called their 800# and was told I signed up for it on the internet. It might be a 'promotional link' found on some web site or something. They could not tell me when it was signed up for.
They said they would stop the service and would credit us for two months service since it would show up on the next bill too.
I don't know how they got my information. I certainly do not need an ISP since I'm happy with what I have.
We are both unemployed, and my wife is disabled. We certainly can not afford something this most definately unneeded expense.

Didn't get a check from them but I did get a $29.90 credit on a subsequent bill; glad to see you got yours as well.

I did get credit to my account from ILD. So all is good. They have MANY other company affiliations, so, who knows what each does.

The same thing happened to me; billed $14.95 by ILD and, after calling them, was told it came from Netwatch. ILD said I would be billed for the next month as well but that they would send me a check for $29.90. I'm curious as to how your situation ended up; did you get your credit or just the run-around?
