ILD Teleservices, SurfSafe Internet charges to my Verizon Bill. This is first time I have ever heard of this company Vedra Beach "Nationwide" Florida

After receiving collect calls from family member. I now have an extra 50.00 on Verizon bill. I asked to have monthly internet charge removed and sent back to ILD so it seems. Since they apparently Surfsafe Internet too.

I also, asked the phone company to block any more billing via their billing. I want any of these companies to come to me directly from them. I will have to pay for the exorbitant collect calls because they came from pay phones not owned by Verizon.

Many people are confusing SafeSurf with SurfSafe.
They are completely different companies.
They are like the good and bad and in this whole ugly situation.

SafeSurf is a upstanding family organization dedicated to protecting children online.

SurfSafe is an Internet services company that uses trickery to charge customers on their phone bills.
