Illinois Department of Children Family Services DCFS, Carlyle Illinois DCFS , Carlyle Illinois Court House , Carlyle Illinois States Attorney Incompetent Case Worker Gives Abusing Household back 5 month old Child they Permanently Brain Damaged and Blinded Carlyle Illinois

On January 5th 2018 my 5 month old granddaughter was airlifted to a St. Louis Hospital from alledged child abuse being shaken baby syndrome at her Carlyle Illinois home. She spent 3 months in recovery and now is blinded and has tubes running from her head to stomach to drain pressures. The City police are handeling the investigation which has gotten nowhere, their excuse is the Parents won't cooperate and refuse lie detector test. The grandmother Jennie was giving emergency custody of her and her 2yr old sister and 3 yr old brother, however the 2yr and 3 yr old children were returned . claiming since the parents won't cooperate they have no evidence, DCFS has since recently gave the Permantly injured child back also into the very same enviorment that she was abused in. The parents are in no way cabable of administuring the infants medicines or feeding through her port in stomach, so DCFS puts all 3 children in daycare for 10 hrs a day claimg the parents need a break. The daycare isn't qualified to handle Brain Injured and Blinded infants, but that is ok with DCFS. This County needs investigated there is a History of the Same Clan being States Attorney, Child appointed "GAL" and DCFS not charging people in child abuse cases and returning children back into unsafe enviorments. This has made tv news and rewards is being offered for the arrest and conviction of the abusers, but this will take some sort of law enforcment, because as to date the parents are still producing more children for welfare and DCFS won't even follow up on reported welfare checks on the injured child and her siblings.
