Very disappointed in the representatives who work at the Secretary of the state facility 5301 W. Lexington Chicago Illinois 60644. Incompetent, unprofessional, and trifling. I went here for a title transfer after purchasing a vehicle from a private owner. Their rules and policies clearly states that if there is any altering, white out, scratch out, etc. the title will not be processed.
After also rendering a state I.D. and other identification which clearly spells my name correctly. After going to different stations in this location, paying several fees...these people sent me a title with my name misspelled. This is frustrating and is costing me an additional fee. Live up to the policies you set forth for others.
