illumo Event Never delivered the video for my wedding as stated in the contract and in our wedding agreement. Thailand Internet

Illumo Event is a wedding planning, videography, and photography company in Thailand. We reached out to them and drafted a contract for wedding planning, photography and videography. The main amount of money we used was to have the delivery of a wedding video that we could keep and show friends and family.

Lana Shalber, the main contact of the company and who I believe is the owner, agreed and drafted a contract and charged us for the services. The video was promised to be delivered within 2 months -- post wedding. It has been over 1 year and the video has not been delivered. We have been in communication back and forth until we were told that the company will no longer do the video. 

We were scammed out of our money and most importantly of our wedding memories which is what means the most to us. We can no longer turn back to time to have someone else film our wedding and we can not re-do our wedding. What Illumo Event did to us will impact us forever.

DO NOT USE this company! We truly wish we would of known this before booking with them. The worst part is that we paid them cash and we cannot get our money back.
