Let me start by saying I am a huge NKOTB fan.  When I heard they were getting back together, I just new I had to go to a concert.  My mother too, was excited and decided to use iLoveAllAccess to buy what they called a 5*all access package.  This included a pre-party, tickets in rows 1-10 , giftbag, meet and greet and photo-op.  This concert took place in Scranton, PA and the tickets cost 275 dollars a piece.  From the start of the concert, the ILAA crew was very nice.  The pre-party included a aray of food, or'dourves, drinks.  We got to meet NKOTB and get our pictures with them (this process was a little too quick for my taste but, whatever).  So all in all this was a good experience.  On to the downward spiral of ridiculousness!!!

NKOTB decided to partner together with Backstreet Boys.  When we saw they were coming to Hershey,PA my mother again decided to use iLoveAllAccess to purchase more tickets.  This time they had 3 different packages.  Package 1 was 5*Ultimate-(front row seats in section B1 and B2, individual photo op with NKOTB, pre-party and gift bag. cost:750.00 a ticket) Package 2- 5*plus-(front row seats in section B3-B6 facing the ramp, meet and greet with a group of 10, pre-party and giftbag. cost:500.00 a ticket) Package 3- 5*-(meet and greet in groups of 10, pre-party, gift bag and seats in rows 2-10 in section B1-B6. cost: 250.00 a ticket)  Of course we tried to get the 5* Ultimate but was unable to get through fast enough.

My mother purchased 4 5*plus tickets at a total of 2000.00 dollars.  We unfortantely assumed that this experience was going to surpass our first experience because we were going to be FRONT ROW!!! 3 days before the concert my mother recieved her confirmation e-mail stating the specifics of our package, again stating front row seats facing ramp in section B3-B6.  We arrive the day of the concert the first sign that the day was not going to be a good day was that they had my mothers last name spelled wrong, second was we get to the pre-party and they take our cameras away from us (fine, no biggie) and give us our gift bag which included a pair of panties and a large shirt which would be to tight for a 12 year old :(, thirdly the pre party food consisted of small bag of potato chips, pretzels and drinks!!! That was IT!!!!

Then the biggest issue to occur was we look in our envelope to see what section we recieved and our tickets read SECTION E Row 27,28,29&30.  WTF??  What is section E??? this is not what we paid for.  So we look out at the venue to see where section E could possibly be.  We finally locate our seats and we were at the very tip of a long runway that juts out in to the crowd.  After the what I like to call "cattleshoot" of a meet and greet with a very uninterested, tired and sick members of the NKOTB we got out to see exactly what our seats were going to be like.

UGGHHH there we sat facing a 8 foot high stage that when you stood up you could see absolutley nothing but stairs and end of the stage.  That was it.  We had no view of the main stage at all.  The opening acts came out and I could not tell you what they looked like at all, could not see them.  Between me and my mom we made 3 phone calls to the emergency number listed in our itinerary all three times we were told there was nothing they could do and that it was all part of the package and venue.  I was told that I could e-mail a Cynthia at ILAA with the pictures we took of our view.

After the concert I immediatley e-mailed them with my disappointment and that I felt a complete refund was in order.  I considered this false advertisement and it specifically said in our itinerary that we were in section B3-B6 not section E nor the mention of a section E exsisting.  I got 1 response (not from Cynthia) that said basically the seats were within what the package described, front row.  So I again immediatly respond with my rebuttle that no they were not what was described and was not what my mother paid for, again asking for a complete refund.  I have yet to get a response.  I have emailed them with pictures 3 more times and my mother has emailed them as well and we have gotten no response.  I also got on twitter and mentioned them expressing my disgust and again, NO RESPONSE.

My best advice is please approach this company with great caution.  My mother worked 2 jobs to save that money for this concert and it truly breaks my heart that they ripped her off like they did.  If I could afford a lawyer, I would of had one by now because I do feel they owe us some sort of compensation for the horendus way we were treated and the uncomprehensable seats that they gave us.
