Before you read this Keep in mind that I gave Mike Sipe and his wife Jan Sipe every opportunity to make this right. Only after I found 4 other victims I wrote about the scam. All the other victims told me almost the same story. Some of them was livid and some said that when they threatened to go public or go to the authorities. Mike spammed them with Porn. And sent numerous viruses to their computer once they opened their e-mail. So I used my anti spy ware to catch all their mischievous threats. When I opened their e-mails I had 28 infections caught. I have all my and his e-mails also .,pictures to prove this . If he decides to try and rebutt my claims.

Ilovetilapia.com have a scam that is easy to fall victim to as I have.
I really like Tilapia fish so I decided to look up Tilapia Breeders. I did tons of research which led me to I Love Tilapia and cherry snapper .com . The website on cherrysnapper.com is the website that was ilovetilapia.com Ilovetilapia.com changed their website to be scammer friendly.
So I decided I would buy 2 Colonies of fish which on their website says is 2T hornorum Male Tilapia and 12 O.mossambicas orange Tilapia.

For the price of $699.00 plus $150.00 shipping and handling for a total of $850. For a total of 14 fish. You can go to cherry snapper.com to see. Go under our products.
So the day I was going to buy my fish , I received a call from Mike Sipe. He stated that I would need to send monies Western Union . He told me a story how his website was having trouble and that the credit cards wont go through. I thought this was a little fishy . But this is a 71 or 72 year old man and he seemed to be credible. He then told me that he would send me an extra fish to lure me into his scam . I should now receive 15 fish. He then told me to call the shipper and get a price, The shipper told me $175. After I called the shipper and hung up I received another call from Mike Sipe. He said that the shipper called and the price went up and it was now $286. An extra $111 Dollars. So I sent almost $1,000 dollars. Western Union.

I opened the box and there was 2 bags one bag had 4 fish and two was dead. The other bag had 6 fish and all was alive. That is a total of 10 fish with 2 dead. So I received 8 fish total. On their website it states they gaurantee live arrival only. I also received one sick fish. It has a huge white fungus on its lip.so that is SICK FISH horrible..
So sure enough I tried to call and like clockwork their phone was busy. It stayed busy for 3 days. I took pictures of all this and got it on video.

I finally called and Jan Sipe answered. I told her about what happened and she YELLED I dont need This Sh_t . Sorry for you readers I only spelled it part way. I then spoke to Mike Sipe. He said that the website is messed up and that the webmaster made a mistake. He said that the website should say 2 males and 10 females. Even though I know he is lying He still shorted me my fish. I forgot to tell you that I was also supposed to get Orange massambicas females and I didnt. I asked Jan and Mike Sipe to email me an invoice and they havent still to this day. So being a novice fish farmer I didnt at the time know what he even sent me. They could have been gold fish for all I know. He also told me that all his fish are sold out that I would have to wait 4 weeks to get more fish. Well 4 weeks went by and so did my money. His wife tries to claim that he has dementia . So please excuse him. If he has dementia he shouldnt be in business. I also got a story that he had a bad winter and that was to blame. I am sick of his and her lies.

I gave Mike and Jan an opportunity to make this good and now they just dont answer my calls or just hang up.
So DONT BUY FISH FROM ILOVETILAPIA.COM OR CHERRYSNAPER.COM .
It is a known fact that Mike Sipe has sent sick fish before. It is all public record.
I also found 4 other victims that all have been duped by this man and woman
