Image Concepts, Gary Glass dishonet ripoff - provided bad quality video tape, never received refund Danville California

The video tape I ordered and paid for on 2/4/02 for my daughter's performance in 2001-2002 Contra Costa County Honor Band was delivered in unaudioble condition on 5/18/02. Despite repeated follow-up with Gary on either provide a good tape or refund me the money I've paid ($20), nothing happened.

On 10/2/2002 I complainted to Better Business Bureau, I was hoping to solve the problem through 3rd party. However, as I've learned, BBB exists not to help the victim but to promote its membership. Gary repeated promised that he would provided a replacement tape, and he insited that he did, except I never received it and he never provided any proof of doing so.

It is my experience that Gary Glass is not a honest business man. The only time he admitted he received my complaints was the time I sent the complaints through certified mail. Public should know Gary's practice and notify friends who might be performing in the CCC Honor Band not to purchase anything from Gary Glass, d.b.a. Image Concept.

Meanwhile, TV reporter should be notified not to suggest consumers to send complaints to BBB. As far as I concered, BBB is as guilty as the criminals.
