The Imagine Credit Card issued by the First Bank of Delaware is a huge RIP OFF!! At first it was ok because I was paying them and I was not getting any miscellaneous charges on my bills. Well February came around and I got a bill from them with a $6.50 "account maintenance fee", all of a sudden. I called them about this and got some guy in India who I could barely understand one word he was saying, outsourcing gotta love it. He explained to me that the fee was to send me a bill, and to process my payment. WHAT!!! And how did it all of a sudden appear on my bill. It had not been on there from Aug 2008 until Feb 2009 when it came out of nowhere. I asked the man nicely what we could do about these fees because I have not used the card since July of 2008 and did not plan on it. I was just trying to get it paid off and get rid of it. He said there was nothing he could do for me so I asked for a supervisor. Well I got the same story...I think because again I got someone in India that you can't understand. So I cancelled the card right there. Then the girl proceeded to tell me she was sorry I felt that way and if I really wanted to cancel the card I could. Gee thanks for the permission, cancel it!!!

They are CRAZY. All I am trying to do is pay the card off and get rid of it. I am making payments and a majority of the money I am paying them is going to their hidden fees and BS. I tried to contact the First Bank of Delaware, who owns the card, and they e-mailed me back with the phone # for the Imagine Card, the same people I just spoke with. I told them I am filing a report with the BBB & the Attorney General.

DO NOT get this card. It is a huge RIP OFF!!! Oh and they also have an annual fee of some ridiculous amount on top of the $6.50 every month they charge you to send a bill.
My fiance has four major credit cards and not one of them charge her any kind of "account maintenance fee". PLEASE...RIP OFF!!!
