This credit card company is really a piece of work. I applied based on a referal form a friend, got accepted. No Problem. Well my bank had some type of glitch and returned items as NSF even thought I had funds available. The bank admited their error and credited me all fees back and I got proof from them that this was a bank error and not my fault.

I immeaditely called Imagine and talked to customer serivce. They told me that they would take the information and someone would call me back. I also e-mailed them the information as well and was given the same response. In the meantime I went on line and made a good faith $25.00 payment.

4 days went by and no one called or responded to my e-mail. I called this morning and was told by the customer service rep that my account had been closed and he couldn't help me, I would need to be transfered to the closed account department but they weren't open and I needed to call back at 8:00 which was in 5 mins. I called back and got a different rep, and she told me there is no closed account department and I needed to speak to a supervisor.

In the mean time, neither one of these rep's had an answer to my questions about why no one had called me or e-mailed me back, when I was told that someone would. Although they both acknowledge that they saw my inquries in the system. So I got on the phone with the supervisor and he told me that they closed my account because of the $4.95 being returned. I again explained that this was a bank error and I have proof from the bank stating that. He was rude and kept interupting me the whole time telling me there was nothing he could do.

I asked him about the $25.00 payment that I made online and he said that would be refunded and I would have a check in 7-10 business days. I asked him why no one contacted me when I had left several messages and was told that someone would get back to me. He told me "I have no idea why ma'am. I can't speak for them. I am refunding your money is there anything else you need?"

I told him that I was waiting for an answer to the question that he is avoiding, and he told me that he wasn't their supervisor and didn't know. Great Response! I asked if I have proof from the bank that this wasn't my fault and I contacted your company to inform you of this, and if your piss poor customer service had gotten back to me as promised, would this be an issue now. I was told probably not. I was told that they get several hundred inquries a day and they can only answer so many.

So obvisouly, they pick and choose which to answer. Poor a*s customer service, and answers. No help and full or lies and excuses.
