Imagine You New Complexions Day Spa Groupon, Living Social---scam? Pattern of not honoring online deals. Terrible service. Cancellations. Saint Petersburg Florida

It sickens me to see this is a pattern.  If groupon or amazon local refunds the fee to the purchaser-does the salon get to keep the money for all of the unhonored online deals?  Imagine You New/Complexions Day Spa reviews have numerous complaints regarding: not answering the phone, inability to get an appoitnment, cancellations, groupon then expires--someone should look into this?

Imagine You New is by far the absolute worst managed Salon I have ever encountered.  I’m not exactly sure how they schedule any appointments as no one EVER answers the phone.  I would love to say this is an exaggeration, but sadly it is not.  You can imagine my shock and surprise when I finally got an appointment and upon arrival saw A Receptionist.  Email was not a viable alternative; it was over a week before I received a response. II wish I had read the reviews about this salon first, as this appears to be a huge complaint.  We finally did get an appointment—and upon arrival we were informed they would not honor the groupon.  The groupon was expired, however we had received permission for an extension from someone named Nicki.  The Owner did not handle the situation with us directly, instead she sent in the Receptionist.  When we asked to speak to the Owner, we were told she was unavailable.  No here is my favorite part—the Owner finally did come to talk to us (as we were extremely unhappy).  She said she would not honor the groupon because it was for first time customers only.  This is not stated anywhere on the groupon.  She was unable to produce any support of that claim only to say “I know it said it on there somewhere.”  At this point we were furious, and unsure of which reason she was trying using not to validate the groupon.  My friend and I decided there was no way we would give this Salon our business and opted to leave.  Truly one of the most disgusting displays of unprofessionalism I’ve ever experienced.  Suffice is to say—Imagine You New Salon, go anywhere but there.
