IMC MOTOCOM Benchmark Helmets MY $225.00+ EXPERIENCE TO PASS ON Internet

I purchased the BTS 300H Bluetooth Headseat from IMC MOTOCOM for use on my motorcycle. After reading a review on the internet  it was reported that it pairs well with the Garmin Zumo 660.
My first experience was that they somehow forgot my order and required email to prompt them.

I have found that it does pair well with the Garmin and it works well for the Garmins MP3 player.
The Microphone has such limited sensitivity adjustment that the only way to use the microphone for phone calls is in a closed room void of any other noise. I contacted the IMC Motocom via Benchmark Helmets 501 Superior Ave Newport Beach, CA by email and the only advise that was offered from SPENCER ELLIS was to hold the microphone farther from my mouth. Not only had I tried that, but I even tried masking the microphone.

I  cannot send the unit back to California because it cost me $35.00 to ship it up and would cost me that to send back which I would be out.

I thought that it might be the GPS or my Phone but I was able to purchase a much cheaper GENERIC headset off of KIJIJI and it works perfect.   

I would definately offer the advice to seek other products when wanting to purchase a motorcycle headset.
