Every couple months I typically order batches of vitamins to keep healthy. I use google shopping to find the best price and this time around imedmart had all the supplements I was looking for so I could bundle them together and save on shipping. I'd never heard of them before So I looked up some reviews. There were some negative reviews but they seemed to be limited to 2012 which was several years ago so I discounted many of the negative reviews. I ordered three items, recieved an automated email stating a tracking number would be sent after the order went through processing. A couple days later, I noticed there was no follow up email so I sent their customer service an email asking for the status of my order, 8 days passed with no response so I sent a second email asking to cancel my order if it hadn't been shipped at this point I still wasn't billed nor had I received any kind of response. Two days after that I received the auto-generated tracking code and was billed. Didn't receive any kind of email from customer service at any point and had attempted to call them on the 9th day. The number was disconnected or no longer in service.
Several days later I received my items, which given the experience thus far just meant I'd never use them again, nothing lost. Opened my package, two of my ordered items were fine but the third spray looked like the seal had popped and you could see the rasperry colored liquid under the packaging along the side. I attempted to contact customer service again to get a replacement sent out multiple times over the next ew weeks with no response. Being on a tight budget, placing an order for a new bottle was outside my resources so after inspecting the bottle for visible signs of mold/ unusual growth and finding none I took ~1/8th a normal dose, only difference seemed to be the sweet flavor was fruitier than normal. That evening I had a slight fever (100.2), went to bed early and was fine the next day, no problems since. I tossed the bottle and will never use imedmart again.
