We hired Immigration Docs to help us with paperwork for my Canadian Spouse. We had a little different situation than normal and I asked Cynthia, have you ever done this in this way before? And her answer was, yes, we have done many of these and are very professional at it. Our situation was that my wife had a B-1 volunteer visa because she was working as a volunteer at our Church`s school helping the religious instructors. Well after we paid Cynthia her $725 upfront like she demands, she totally changed her helpful attitude. She was very hard to get a hold of. And believe me, days count when you are dealing with this Immigration paperwork. Time is of the essence. When I called Cynthia or her office and would leave messages or would email her, it would take 2 or 3 days for her to respond. After we filed our paperwork, we received an RFE for a medical exam, which Cynthia had never told us about. The medical exam is required on ALL immigrants no matter how you enter the US. Cynthia just lied her way out of being responsible for this and said it is not always required so she just doesn`t tell her clients about it and just waits to see if they get the RFE!!! This RFE for medical exam kills your whole process 2 to 4 weeks depending on how soon your local civil surgeon can scedule you in. I have asked Cynthia numerous times for a partial refund, because the service provided was not upheld to the high statement that their company displays. And it is a part of their gurantee that they will tell you of EVERYTHING needed in the process of a k1 or k3 visa. I paid them $725 because I was told and promised that everything would be done properly and correctly for a speedy approval. This did not happen. My advice to anyone  getting a visa, go to (((competitor's name redacted))) and with the help of everyone there you can do this yourself for free. Or if you are not confident enough to do that, hire a lawyer. Immigration Docs is not a law firm, they have no right to practice Immigration law. Lawyers fees are maybe higher but if you take the time to find a good lawyer, they will be with you all the way. All I asked of Cynthia and Immigration Docs was a partial refund for the mistake that they made and the standard that was promised but not delivered, they refused such.
