Purchased a computer fan. $29.95 - It wasn't the problem with my computer.  Wanted to return within the 10 day company policy.  Received a RMA # no problem.  However, the re-stocking fee is 25% or $25.00 whichever is greater.  Then I am responsible for shipping costs.  You do the math! need parts! not from them! EVER!

   Let me get this straight.   You think that you should be able to troubleshoot your problem using this company as your personal parts lender?   You cannot be serious.

  You turned a perfectly good new electronic part into used junk that will probably never be resold.  What did you expect?

"  Then I am responsible for shipping costs.   "

  It gets even better!   Have you ever heard of a company that will foot the shipping bill for the return of a perfectly functional part?     Most companies require the customer to pay return shipping even on warranty returns.   What planet are you from?
